As a Recovery Advocate Specialist, Keri Crossley supports and coaches clients as they navigate the challenges of early recovery.
Keri provides sober coaching, family coaching, and the coordination of additional support as needed. By keeping in close communication with the client, referent, family members, and clinical professionals, she ensures clients receive the best possible care.
Prior to taking in her position at Caron in 2021, Keri provided case management services to young adults in a sober living setting for over four years and learned firsthand how critical the support of a team of professionals can be to creating a strong foundation for life in recovery.
Keri is a certified recovery coach with a Master of Business Administration in management and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, both from Fairfield University.
Caron’s mission of transforming lives and restoring hope is what I strive to bring to all my clients and their families: knowing that I am there for support and guidance as they build new and rewarding lives. Seeing clients step into recovery and make the most of it is the best part of my work. It is a privilege to support them as they put to use effective communication and coping skills and healthy behaviors to progress toward their goals.”
