In her role as financial specialist, Jenna Gens assists families at Caron Renaissance and Ocean Drive with invoices and payments. “They rely on me as a resource since I’m their billing contact from the beginning through the whole process.”
Since she took the position in 2017, building those relationships has been one of her favorite parts of the job. “They can count on me for a positive experience,” she notes.
As someone who has an eye for detail and a talent for coordination, Jenna also likes the other half of her job—keeping track of accounts, billing, processing payments, and creating reports. She came to Caron with more than 10 years of experience in billing and patient account management.
