Anthony Snyder is the clinical supervisor at Caron Florida's Older Adult Program, using an array of therapeutic approaches centered on a strengths-based perspective to treat clients.
He has worked at Caron since 2012, when he joined Caron Renaissance as a primary therapist, moving to a role as family therapist in 2014. He joined Ocean Drive in 2017 and became the primary therapist of Caron Florida's Older Adult in 2022.
He brings a strong sense of empathy to his work and the ability to understand what his clients have gone through and face while still understanding the need to hold them accountable for their actions. “Watching someone dig into their inner lives to understand what brought them here so they can understand even when would they rather not is awe-inspiring. I am glad to be able to help them do that.”
In addition to a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology, Anthony served 11 years in the Air Force.
