Anthony Snyder

He first joined Caron Renaissance as a family therapist in 2012 and shortly after moved to a role as a family therapist in 2014. Later in 2017, he joined the Ocean Drive team and became the primary therapist of Caron Florida’s Older Adult Program in 2022.

Anthony understands the unique nature of the clients in Caron Florida’s Older Adult Program as he is passionate about bringing a strong sense of empathy, care, and compassion to his work while also applying appropriate challenges to achieve client growth. “Watching someone dig into their inner lives to understand what brought them here so they can understand even when they would rather not is awe-inspiring. I am glad to be able to help them do that at this stage of their lives.”

In addition to a master’s degree in social work from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, New York City, Anthony proudly served 11 years in the Air Force.
