At Caron, we believe that research, education and continuous learning improve how we prevent and treat addiction. That’s why we’re committed to sharing knowledge through a variety of continuing education units (CEUs) and training programs throughout the United States.

Professional Training and Continuing Education (CEUs)

Caron's clinical experts work with professionals in the field of addiction treatment and behavioral health to provide continuing education training in local communities. Ask your local Regional Resource Director about upcoming CEUs.

National and Regional Behavioral Health and Addiction Conferences

Caron frequently hosts and co-hosts national and regional conferences that focus on the latest research, trends and practices in the addiction and behavioral health treatment field. Caron experts often facilitate workshops at these conferences and give keynote addresses.

Networking Events

Caron hosts networking events in communities all over the country. These give our referents opportunities to connect, share expertise and discover new resources. Ask your local Regional Resource Director about upcoming networking events in your area.

Addiction Counseling Training for Pediatricians

Caron’s Addiction Counseling Training for Pediatricians is a free, 8-hour program that equips residents, fellows and attending physicians with the tools they need to stop the cycle of youth addiction.

Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program

Caron Treatment Centers and the Reading Health System provides a unique and comprehensive Fellowship Program.  Fellows learn in a multi-disciplinary, multi-modal and multi-phasic setting from world-class physician experts who are regarded as leaders in the field, and are regularly called upon by government, educational, medical and industry organizations to provide expert insight into addiction related topics.
