The holiday season is usually cause for celebration, joy and family gatherings. However, for families newly in recovery, the holidays can be cause for stress, uncertainty, and confusion. In this presentation we will discuss common issues that arise during the holiday season and explore how to approach them. By gaining an understanding of substance use disorders and common family responses to it, we will be able to better navigate this special time of year. We hope that this training will help you to feel more confident as the festive season approaches and steer you in the right direction, so you can have a happy and healthy holiday season.

Please do not let finances prohibit your attendance. Contact Seán Lavelle at or 484-342-5752 for information regarding workshop scholarships.
