Taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually is a necessity in every person’s life. However, self-care can be easily disregarded in times of pressure, including during the stressful holiday season. Self-care helps a person become a better friend, partner, colleague, and family member. As bonus, when we take care of ourselves, our day-to-day existence becomes more enjoyable, and there is joyfulness in being around others.

This interactive seminar will help participants develop self-care skills. Active discussions and lessons will provide tools to improve stress reduction, recognize the importance of time management, and build resiliency. The presentation will explain how self-care can be the holiday gift we give to ourselves. Start the year with your best foot forward by taking control of your health and wellness!

Please do not let finances prohibit your attendance. Contact Maria Hendrickson at 610-743-6179 or mhendrickson@caron.org for information regarding workshop scholarships.
