Caron alumnus, Ashish Alfred, will present a video he recorded just for us. He will prepare a meal and tell his story of recovery. Ashish is a chef, an entrepreneur, and a sober member of the creative service industry. He is dedicated to enriching the lives of those he touches through his French-American cuisine trained and inspired by healthy living and flavorful fare. He looks forward to sharing how he has deepened his recovery while running a restaurant, and his passion for teaching cooking skills to support a sober way of life.
