Virtual Stress Management Group for Teens
Tuesday, November 10th 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Anxiety, apprehension, fear, hopelessness, despair, anger, frustration, disappointment, grief, loss- These are just a few of the emotions you may be feeling as you start the school year. We know that what is happening with school isn’t easy right now. We want to help, so we are offering a virtual psycho-educational support group to help you develop positive coping strategies and build strong support systems during these challenging times. This group helps you to understand how your thoughts and attitudes affect your life and gives you strategies to use your strengths to meet challenges head-on so you can become the best version of yourself.
Virtual meetings with occur every Tuesday, beginning November 10th and run through December 22nd.
- High School Students will meet from 3:00-4:00 PM EST
- Middle School Students will meet from 4:00-5:00 PM EST
