Dawn has had an extensive career as a clinician serving the adult co-occurring population in a variety of settings. Most recently, she served as Director of Clinical Services in Deerfield Beach. Her career in the field began in 1996 as a Primary Therapist at Renaissance. In 2001, Dawn transitioned to Lifeskills of Boca Raton as a Primary Therapist, and then, in 2006, she was offered an opportunity as Program Co-coordinator and Counseling Specialist at the Florida Atlantic University Counseling Center.
Dawn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and her MSW from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, specializing in Addiction. Upon completion of her MSW, Dawn received her Alcoholism Counselor credentials from the New York Institute of Alcoholism and Addictions.
