Bill and Hank Price were not related. They shared the same last name and a disease that impacts one out of every eight Americans and their families. Caron and recovery brought them together. Hank Price & Bill Price met during Hank’s initial association with Caron. Years later, Hank told Bill’s daughter, Tudie, that after a few conversations with Bill, he hoped he could be like Bill. Bill Price never knew that the result of having a few conversations with Hank would have such a positive effect. Hank has given so much to Caron over the years that Tudie wants to honor his tireless work on behalf of the suffering addict and is raising funds to create an endowment that will support treatment scholarships for adult women for primary and extended care. During the 28 years Tudie Scull has worked as a counselor at Caron, she has helped many people experience the miracle of recovery, just as her father and Hank did many years ago.
Your Gift Can Make a Difference
Caron also leads the industry in scholarship care providing more aid to families who cannot afford treatment than three of the recognized treatment centers combined. Caron not only dedicates a percentage of patient revenue to scholarship care, we are also fortunate to be able to partner with family, friends and corporate leaders to raise scholarship dollars that go directly to helping patients and their families recover from this devastating disease. Unfortunately, there are still families who cannot afford treatment. Your gift, regardless of the size, will help us begin to bridge this financial gap.
If you wish to donate by mail, please make checks payable to Caron, noting your donation is for Tudie's Dream and send to:
