• Internships: Caron offers a clinical internship program for both undergraduate and graduate level students interested in chemical treatment as a career option. Undergraduate level internships are offered over the summer semester and graduate level practicum and internship experiences over the spring and fall semesters.

I started my career here at Caron of Florida in 2016 as a Counselor Assistant and worked my way up to various clinical roles in the Caron Renaissance program including a Primary and Family Therapist, Supervisor of Family Support Services, and Clinical Supervisor. The ongoing career opportunities provided to me are a direct result of my hard work, dedication, continued education, and because of the efforts of many colleagues who built an army of support around me as my mentors, teachers, and biggest supporters. Caron challenged me to always remain teachable, grateful, grow, and develop in the industry of mental health and addiction treatment. Caron holds a special place in my heart both personally and professionally and has taught me to never ever stop having big dreams.
