As the vice president of education, Tammy Granger oversees Caron’s Student Assistance Program and Campus Engagement Departments.
In her role, she also supports healthcare professional training programs and community education.
Caron’s Student Assistance Program educates and informs more than 130,000+ students, professionals, and caregivers each year and the Campus Engagement Department works with over 100 college campuses. Tammy has experience providing support throughout the continuum of Caron’s services from prevention, intervention, and referral to treatment and aftercare support, primarily focused on educating parents and professionals to identify a concern early and provide support for treatment and recovery.
She began her work at Caron in 2003 and has served on the senior leadership team for the past few years. Tammy completed a Bachelor of Social Work at Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, and earned her Master of Arts in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.
