Kyle Harper is a case specialist at Caron Renaissance, a job he has had since 2016. As a case specialist, Kyle works with patients and their families, as well as referents, to assess their treatment needs and the level of care needed. What he enjoys most about his role is the ability to work with a dedicated, passionate, expert team of administrative, admissions, clinical, and medical professionals to help families and patients in crisis.
In 2019, he took additional responsibility as an administrator for the department, collecting data and providing reports on the department’s performance.
When he came to Caron Renaissance in 2010, he worked as a counselor assistant and supervisor at the residential campus. He has also worked as the vocational and intensive outpatient counselor assistant. These roles involved crisis management, patient care and assisting patients in developing healthy coping skills. He has also co-facilitated Family Week Workshops, facilitated male gender process groups, intensive outpatient process groups, and vocational process group.
The variety of roles he has held has given him a wide knowledge of the services provided to patients and families. “We deliver the best patient care here with ethical integrity,” he notes.
