Jonathan Saltzburg supports Ocean Drive clients as they establish a recovery plan that is aligned with their career goals. In that role, he works with clients to examine what success in recovery means and how to strategically realign their career and recovery goals to enhance their overall quality of life.
Jonathan brings extensive experience in the business world to his work at Ocean Drive, beginning with an MBA in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of Business. Jonathan was the founder and creator of RecoveryEDU®. Jonathan’s approach to social entrepreneurship and his expertise in utilizing best business practices in implementing new projects has carried into his role as executive director at Caron. Jonathan has served as an intrapreneur for Caron by developing and overseeing several innovative programs.
Jonathan worked for three years at Warner Brothers Entertainment, beginning in the company’s management development program, earning promotions to senior financial analyst and then supervisor of finance.
Jonathan currently serves as an advisory board member of Palm Beach State College’s Human Services Business Partnership Council. He is also a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association. Jonathan has served on the National Board of Trustees for the Association of Recovery Schools, the Spanish River Community High School Career Academies Advisory Board, and the Penn Gold Coast Alumni Association.
