Dr. Erin Lawson is a Staff Psychologist at Caron Renaissance/Ocean Drive. Her primary role is to administer and interpret neuropsychological assessment measures and to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. In addition, she provides patient care and support as needed to the clinical team at Caron Renaissance.
Dr. Lawson began working at Caron as a Postdoctoral Resident in 2016 and completed her hours for licensure in September 2017. She completed her clinical psychology internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, Florida from 2015-2016. In 2011, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. She continued at Georgia Southern University to obtain a Master of Science and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2014 and 2016, respectively. During her doctoral training, she obtained experience in the provision of both therapy and assessment within a several clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, private practice, community mental health, and psychological assessment facilities. Her years of training also include experience as a clinical researcher and an instructor of undergraduate psychology courses.
