Recovery Care for Families
Recovery for life not only begins when a patient leaves treatment but also applies to the individual’s family. As a pioneer in the treatment of addiction as a family disease, Caron supports the family by offering Family Education Programs within each of its treatment programs, so the healing process can begin for the entire family during treatment. Once a loved one leaves treatment, Caron supports the family by offering regular phone calls to family members to focus on their own recovery program according to the principles of Al-Anon, and depending on their loved one’s treatment experience, the home contract.

- What can I expect when my family member returns home from treatment?
- How can I be supportive without enabling?
- How do I establish healthy boundaries?
Phone calls for family members will occur several times a year and are offered at no additional charge - it part of the family’s individualized treatment plan.
