Family Education Program

Within the Young Male Adult Program a significant amount of family involvement takes place. We feel it is imperative to engage the family from the onset of treatment.

Caron's Young Male Adult Family Education Program, which runs Saturday through Wednesday and is separate from Caron's other family education programs, helps families and patient understand the emotional consequences and the family impact that has taken place as a result of chemical dependency.

Caron places a strong emphasis on educating family members about addiction, the recovery process, the impact of addiction on the family and how families get well. All families are strongly encouraged to participate in the Family Education Program.
