Codependency Workshop Phase II

Many adult children of trauma and/or addiction show impressive abilities to adapt to, learn and grow from difficult circumstances. Personal strength and resilience that allow us not only to survive, but also thrive, are examined and reclaimed in a supportive environment.

Phase II is an opportunity for participants to:

• Reintegrate disowned parts of self into an integrated whole
• Re-experience disenfranchised grief, anger and loss issues
• Reframe painful experiences in order to continue to grow
• Reclaim resilience and strength
• Restore humor and spontaneity
• Revive a connection with self and others
• Rejuvenate spirituality

This weeklong workshop is offered at Caron’s Center for Self Development in Mohnton, PA. and runs from 7 p.m. Sunday to 1 p.m. Friday.

  Cost: $1,795 per person
  
  Price includes double/triple occupancy accommodations, all meals beginning with dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday.
