Medical Services

A physician examines every adolescent who enters the treatment program. A full medical history and physical, as well as appropriate laboratory work will be conducted on each adolescent. For those patients who require medication for psychiatric and/or other purposes, our medical team will collaborate with the patient's family, outpatient provider or others to ensure that the medication is properly prescribed and maintained. Nutritional assessments will also take place for adolescents needing that service.
