Vero Beach, Florida - Gozalez Recovery Residences in Florida, and Caron Treatment Centers, a leading non-profit provider of comprehensive addiction treatment, today announced their strategic alliance. "Caron is thrilled to extend our continuum of care through our affiliation with this preeminent center," said Doug Tieman, President and CEO of Caron. "Boris has lovingly established and nurtured a strong sober community and we intend to continue that growth by incorporating these programs into Caron."
Boris Gonzalez, who founded the residences and ran them for seven years, will continue to provide oversight and work with Caron's Executive Team to ensure the success of this strategic alliance. The Florida residences are comprised of three homes in Vero Beach with six beds in each facility. Like Caron, the Gonzalez Recovery Residences were founded on the basis of the 12-Step tradition. The residences provide a range of support options from the newly sober individual who needs a structured living environment to those who have been sober for some time and seek a more independent evironment.
"It's really a privilege to affiliate with a venerable institution such as Caron," said Gonzalez. "Together, we can continue to provide individuals and their families with the most comprehensive addiction treatment."
