Caron's professional Intake Counselors are available to accept inquiries to Live Help during weekdays from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.  This distinctive feature will allow those looking for help for themselves, a family member or a loved one ready access to a counselor. Users will have the opportunity to ask questions specifically about addiction, programs that Caron offers and the treatment setting that the Foundation provides; and, when deemed necessary, start the intake process. Live Help is an ideal opportunity for those who seek guidance but wish to remain anonymous and have their questions and conversations kept confidential.

You can access Live Help (when available) from any page on the Caron website. Just click on the status inidicator located in the upper-left side of the screen in the main navigation, just under the animated Caron logo. The status indicator lets you know when a Caron staff member is available by displaying one of the following 3 messages...
