Caron and Hanley's Business Development Team is available throughout the country to provide you with information about Caron and Hanley's services and programs. These individuals are trained to talk with families in crisis, and with therapists seeking guidance for patients with drug or alcohol problems.

National and Midwest Regions
Michael C. Danis
Michael C. Danis serves as a National Business Development Officer for Caron Treatment Centers. Michael has been working in the addiction field for 13 years with direct experience in Intervention, sober transport, alumni and development. Michael's scope includes the Midwest region as well as key regions in New York, Florida and California. Having an extensive expertise in addiction facilities and recovery across the United States, Michael is able to work with referents, clients and their families to meet their individual needs. Christian O’Donnell serves as a Business Development Officer for Caron Treatment Centers. Mary Raleigh
Mary Raleigh has served as a Business Development Officer, Director & Regional Director at Caron for six years and has worked in the mental health/addiction field for almost 20 years. She enjoys helping patients and families find the best treatment options available. Mary currently serves the Mid–Atlantic region including Philadelphia and the main line counties as well as Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Maryland. Deb Eckroth
Deb Eckroth serves as a Business Development Officer for Caron Treatment Centers. Deb has been working in the field of addiction for 18 years and joined the Business Development team at Caron four years ago. Her previous roles at Caron include Admissions and Continuing Care. Jennifer Passanante serves as a Business Development Officer for Caron Texas. Jennifer has been working in the mental health and addiction field for the past 10 years and brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the referents and families she serves. Patty Raymer
Patty Raymer serves as a Business Development Officer for Caron Texas. Patty has been working in the addiction field for 7 years and joined the Business Development team one year ago. Patty serves the needs of residents in the greater-Texas area, including Waco, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Having just celebrated her 20th year of sobriety, she is proud to dedicate her life to helping others find their own path to recovery. Patty is trained to speak with families experiencing crisis caused by drug and alcohol addiction. Additionally, she can provide referrals for patients suffering from addiction to therapists, doctors and psychologists, as well as answer questions about Caron Texas' admissions process, interventions, programs, and the transition for patients and families into the treatment setting. Jerri Shannon, CSAC
Jerri Shannon, CSAC serves as Business Development Officer for Caron Treatment Centers. For more than 15 years, Jerri has been passionate about fighting the disease of addiction and has recently joined the Business Development team at Caron serving the areas of Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Jerri is committed to the advancement of education and awareness of the disease of addiction and, to that end, was certified to practice as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in 2004. Northeast Region
Sarah Stewart
Sarah Stewart serves as a Business Development Director for Caron Treatment Centers and has been working in the addiction and mental health field for 20 years. She also oversees Business Development Officers in the Northeast Region. She has worked as a clinician treating adolescents, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Sarah was a director of outpatient services for a psychiatric hospital on the East Coast and owned a consulting practice working with struggling teens and their families on the West Coast. She holds a master’s degree in social work and is trained in critical incident stress debriefing. Over the last five years, Sarah’s business development positions have allowed her to visit many residential treatment facilities, outpatient facilities, and private practitioners, nationwide. Aaron Garner
Aaron Garner is the Business Development Director for the Northern Region. Aaron has 20 years of experience in business development and marketing. Since joining Caron, Aaron has focused on educating the community on the disease of addiction by planning and implementing prevention and education programs for schools, training for professionals and focusing on family education. He has responsibility for the Northern Region which encompasses Northern and Central New Jersey, New York State and Southern Connecticut. Maria Hendrickson
Maria Hendrickson is the Patient/Referral Liaison for Caron Treatment Centers in the New York City area. She brings to the job a strong clinical background, both in addiction and Co-Occurring Disorders, with an emphasis on relapse prevention. She has been associated with Caron for over 17 years. Maria can help answer questions about Caron Treatment Centers’ continuum of treatment, admissions process and substance abuse interventions, as well as help guide families into treatment. Maureen Sander
Maureen Sander is the Director of Business Development for Caron and the Hanley Center, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Maureen has been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for over 15 years. Maureen serves the Southeast Region and serves as a liaison between your patients and the services Caron and Hanley provide. She also oversees Business Development Officers in the Southeast Region. Kelli Grant
Kelli Grant serves as a Business Development Officer for Caron and Hanley Treatment Centers. Kelli is a Master’s Level Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and has been working in the addiction field since 2005. Her experience includes working in both residential and outpatient treatment facilities. Kelli is based in Atlanta, GA and serves the Southeast Region of the United States. Laura Kunz
Laura Kunz serves as a Business Development Officer for the Hanley Center and Caron Treatment Centers. Jim Reuther
Jim Reuther is the Business Development Associate for Caron and the Hanley Center. Jim began working at Hanley Center in 2000 as a Clinical Case Manager and has experience working in the Mental Health field and Extended Care Programs for chemical dependency treatment.
